The barista keeps talking with each other and doing ridiculous jobs. There are no customers except me, but he makes the wrong... drinks twice. I ordered one coffee frap and one Hot Chocolate, but he did only one and it was a vanilla bean. The second timehe did, he made the frap without whipping cream ( I ordered an extra whip) and a hot coffee. So frustrate. Read more
This location is for GROWN FOLK. If you get into an altercation here, the baristas are NOT stopping to deal with you. They have... a drive thru and other customers to serve. The other customers WILL however, let you know if you're out of line and ask you toleave. Beautiful spirits working there. Enjoyed my experience here immensely. Read more

I was the only one in line yet the time to take my order and get beverage were significantly long as all the employees were... focusing on the drive thru orders. Not sure why people who don't bother to get out of their car to go in, get the faster betterservice. 3 stars because the food and beverage still tasted good. Read more
Nice finishing inside, lots of room, and a combination of bar, table and really long table seating. Staff were very friendly,... and at 7:20 AM I had my tall decaf Americano in about 3 minutes. Cars were moving steady at the drive thru so service seems veryswift. Read more
Happy staff and friendly. They keep the place clean. Plenty of room to sit and work or study. Outstanding internet... connection. They get a 4 star since they did not have the breakfast item I ordered and the barista needs to learn what no foammeans especially when they are using soy milk. Read more
This is my absolute favorite sbux in the Rancho Cucamonga Ontario area. I've never had bad service, it's always clean, and I... love the layout. It's a standalone store instead of being in a strip, which can be cramped. Being standalone, this one isspacious. I never have trouble finding a seat. There's also a decent amount of outdoor seating which is nice in the winter andfall. Read more
Seriously irritating trying to cancel a mobile order when no one bothers to answer the phone, and the front lobby is closed.... Starbucks should make it easier to get a refund if you don't want to have your lobby open for mobile pick up orders. Wasted$14.10 on an order I didn't even get Read more
