I always come to this Starbucks and never had an issue with an employee, I always get a good outcome from the customer service... and my drinks but this time that was not the case, this morning 11/4/22 Brenda the Barista turned around and told me she couldnot get me what I had ask for because she had too many drinks to make. All I had ask for was for the little small pastry paper.She hands me a bag and I told her I didn?t want the bag that if she could please give the pastry paper and again she told me thesame thing that she can?t because she had to much drinks to make. Very sad to see that, they make you fell ver uncomfortable, i walked in and the cashier is having a great time talking with a... girl, that she is already enjoying her cofee, I was there standing waiting for the cashier to ask my order but 4 minutes passand he did not even looked at me, 8 minutes after a little gira come by and ask for my order, very slow Thai store, me my wife 2people sitting at the tables were the only ones at the store, sad that they don?t are pro customer. Came for a study session. Ordered a few drinks, the drinks were good and the cashier was friendly. These were the good. The bad... was they only had two working outlets in the whole store which is crazy for about a 3,000 sq foot building. The main table withbuilt in outlets was not working, the power breaker seeming to be brown and when I attempted to ask for help I was ignored. Ibrushed it off however I did notice the employees seemed to be aware and did not want to deal. I don?t blame them their job isto make coffee but a heads up would be nice or at least a a manger available. Lastly we?re we?re abruptly kicked out at 5 for noreason they stated the lobby was closing. Judging by the reviews before hand this store could use some customer facing skillsteam building however it didn?t bother me they?re kids doing their job. They just need a little guidance and that is more of alack of leadership issue which was apparent. Read more
They're very fast here! We ordered ahead for pickup. I was in and out in less than a minute! It took me longer to drive there,... than waiting for my order! Lol. Great for those running late, but need coffee to not be zombified! Read more

Supervisor Vanessa was very unprofessional, you don?t tell a customer ?Its not a big Deal? and then walk away. Put yourself in... your customer shoes. Would you have tolerated being treated that way, there?s other solutions if you can?t hear the customer,apologize and ask them to come to the window . The server in the white hoodie was rude today, she gave attitude and when I asked if she had the sticker things to cover the... drinks so they won?t spill (I had 9 drinks) she only gave me 2 and they were too big. Literally the worst starbucks in town. Other people who say it's filled with GenZ kids who don't want to work, are 100%... correct. I've gone to Starbucks 2+ times per week over the past 5 years and multiple different stores have told me especiallysince covid, that creamer/half n half was free up to 4oz per drink since they don't have it out at the condiment baranymore. Well, went today and got 2 drinks and asked for a full short cup of half n half = 8oz total. The shift lead tried totell me she was told to charge for it but as a "courtesy" she would give me 2 separate cups of 4oz each. Does that make sense?Your just spending more money and trash to give me 2 separate cups. Fine by me but don't tell your customers they can't have 8ozof half n half after spending 10$ and ontop of it, woulda been free if it were still at the condiment bar.
