The staff was nice and the restaurant was beautiful and clean. However, the chicken was way over cooked and so dry I couldn’t... swallow it without my water. All the veggies came out cold. I would have had it remade but the chicken takes 25 minutes toprepare is what I was told. Read more
Incredibly good restaurant, everything was fantastic! Please note that the prices are not cheap. Be prepared to spend about $100... a person. The ribeye was excellent, and the Chilean sea bass got rave reviews! Definitely recommended. Read more
Food quality was decent. It wasn't something that would "wow" the crowd, but at least all the food came out hot for the entire... table at the same time. For the amount of money per dish, I was definitely expecting a little more "wow" and portion sizes forthe sides that are not included with steak orders. A major complaint for this place was the wait time. It was quick to getseated and get our drink orders in with the waitress. But my goodness, just waiting for drinks or food took forever. From thetime we placed our orders in for drinks and appetizers, it took about 15 minutes before drinks got to the table, and even then,one of the drinks arrived another 5 minutes later. The appetizer didn't arrive to the table for at least 30 minutes from thefirst order placement. The 2nd order placement was for salad and the entrees. The entrees and salads didn't arrive at the tableuntil 40 minutes later, and the dining room was maybe half full with people. While I do enjoy having a good time enjoying foodwith my friends and family, having a meal spread out over 3 hours with the entire table wondering what's taking so long is a bitabsurd with a half empty dining room. I had the mushroom ravioli and when I say that was the best meal I’ve ever had I mean it. Amazing highly recommend.
Porters Prime Steakhouse was an okay experience. The staff was friendly and attentive. The restroom was clean. The steak? Well,... it was not great. I ordered a 14 oz ribeye and was not happy with it. It looked like it was fried with very little coloring. Andthe flavor was lacking. The shrimp we ordered was delicious and so was the bread and the baked potatoes. But this is a steakhouse and the steak was not on point. Read more
For the place was as tasteless as it looks. Mushrooms were only seasoned-with salt and oil. Steak was ok but for $55 plate this... was I got. Hopefully they can add some color and fun to an expensive plate. The manager was very awesome and I hope my feedbackshelps them to take their plates to a next level. Remember they are expensive plates so they have to look and taste better. Read more
Great steak house! I highly recommend this place. The service is great. The food was delicious! I got the Prime Ribeye steak... and the wife had the Steak and blue cheese salad. We both had the lobster bisque soup...you have to try it! It's delicious! It's a little pricey but you won't be disappointed. Worth the money! Read more
