Ordered the 5 pc tenders and two sides. I was asked what sides and dipping sauces I wanted. Yet my order was given to me without... utensils or dipping sauces and the chicken was cold. I ordered some take-out from the store and when I got home with the food, I found that I had been given less a combo. Then I... called the store, the staff admitted their mistake and promised to resupply me with a combo. When I went back to the store topick up my food, they gave me a box of what looked like sea food combo, but it was actually a box of fried dough! There arehardly any shrimp in the batter! Popeyes on Vineyard in Ontario is the worst. I ordered a 3 piece white with Mac & cheese and mashed potatoes. The cashier said... ok 2 wings and a breast.Also the Mac & cheese will be an extra 50 cent. Which came out to $16 and some change. What I got wastwo small wings and a small thigh. I got home and opened the box and was like , what did I just pay $16 for? Needless to say Itook it back.When I took it back there was a tray full of chicken breast. I made a mobile order that included ihe combo and one side of mashed potatoes. When i pulled over to eat, i opened the box and... only saw the chicken and potatoes; so i went to the window to let them kno. Upon doing so, they requested me to hand them thebox...the girl at the window dug into the hox and there were the fries that i thot was missing. The girl that prepared theorder came to the window and, with a horrible attitude, dug thru the box too, then stormed off with some smart remark . My badfor not seeing the fries buried under the potatoes, but that girl needs to realize it was a simple mistake that cud have beenavoided if she hadnt crammed it all into the same box.... on another note, the fries were soso, potatoes had a scarce amount ofgravey, biscuit was hard, but the chicken was fantastic! The Beaumont Popeye is without a doubt one of the worst ran restaurants that I have ever gone to. The never have menu items.... They are extremely expensive. They add fast food tax, state tax, beverage tax just ridiculous prices. Food not hot. Menu has novegetable choices. They are able to make a great product but unable to consistently produce one. You can't go wrong with Popeyes fried chicken. I think it is the best fried chicken compared to other fast food chicken... establishments. The breading is flavorful, crunchy, and thick and the inside is always tender and juicy. Of course it isn'thealthy - it's the first fast food restaurant I've been to that has a warning on their packaging - but it is delicious. I haveonly ever used the drive-thru at this location, but I rated ambiance based on the clientele outside in the area. I would notchoose to eat inside at this location. I don't know what is going on atthis location, but they seem to often be out of certainitems. Maybe it's due to the post-pandemic worker shortages or supply chain problems nationwide, but they don't always have allthe items. One of the cakes remains on the menu but they have never been in stock since I've been coming here. Also, they dookay with the orders, but last time they forgot the side of mac and cheese and it's a 15 minute drive so it wasn't worth it togo back. (We did check the order before we left, but only for the main dishes.) They also would not accept a promotional couponthat said "good at participating locations," so I guess they are not a participating location, and I wouldn't say they wereespecially pleasant or friendly here, but as I said, the food is great.
