1st time here. Horrible service: 1. long wait to take our order 2.long wait to serve the food. 3. Food was not served at the... same time. 1 guest's plate arrived a while after everyone was eating. 4. they pack the left overs to go in their kitchen forsome people. But we were among the lucky ones to get the empty boxes filled with a bag for a diy. 5. After waiting a while forh2o refills, you'll be able to exercise your index finger to call their attention in order to ask for water every single time tohelp you quench your thirst as you wait for your food and during meal. 6. They are so distracted that the candies brought forour party with our bill were incomplete. 7. I had to request for an additional placemat for one of our guests. 8. The star isonly for the decor. No. I will not recommend this place and will not go back. A cozier Thai place is the Thai Family House onMountain Avenue. We have always received outstanding service there. They know what we like and how we like it. We should'vedrive a little farther instead of wasting our money at the Lucky elephant. Read more

The first time I went here, I loved it. It had a great atmosphere - felt like you walked into another world. However, this last... time was awful. I enjoyed the 1st experience so much I took a bunch of friends here. We were all disappointed. ????the servicewas very slow and RUDE! The food was still decent, but you have to pay extra for a scoop of rice with your curry. The badservice ruined any chances of return for a long time. Read more

The food is great here; unfortunately, the service was not meeting expectations. The waiter barely spoke to my boyfriend and I.... He came to our table almost 15 mins later to finally take our order. We knew we had to order everything at once. We got ourfood-- it was delicious! We wanted dessert, maybe try the Fried Ice Cream?? It never happened! This place has such a beautiful and well put together atmosphere. My boyfriend took me here for date night and I was honestly so... impressed with the well thought-out decor and the ever-so-amazing food. He's a picky eater and he liked every single dish weordered.
