I only ordered cheesy breadsticks and I asked the cashier how long the only ones that were there were in the heater oven she... didn't know she asked if I wanted fresh ones made and she did make them but giving me back my change from a $5 bill I gotpennies all pennies not too fond of the cheesy bread too much garlic seasoned salt or whatever they put on them way too much notsatisfied ???? It unfortunate that I have to give a single star to be able to rate this horrible place. On 3 different occasions my family and... I have had a terrible experience. It?s mostly the lack of customer service. I would actually like to reach out to the districtmanager. My last experience was with the manager Brittney, she was working along with 3 others in the back. My husband placed anonline order at 8:10pm. I got there at 8:40 and my two pizzas were not ready. I was told 20 more minutes. 30 minutes later therewere 6 customers and they mentioned nobody came out to take orders or explain a delay. My order was not ever placed in the ovenand I got my refund (wasted an hour of my time). The manager kept saying ?I?m doing the best I can?. When she really wasn?t.This location needs someone with experience to run a business fix it. They?ll lose a lot of customers if they don?t change andfix their problem. Read more

I ordered on the app and my food was basically done when it said it would be... but that's not the problem. Why would somebody... do this?!? My first pizza was a little undercooked but my second pizza was soggy, undercooked, and soaked in jalapeño juice.All I asked for was some jalapeños, not a whole jar! Wait times are usually pretty long compared to any other Little Caesars I have been to. As well as mobile orders never being... ready within the estimated times. Roaches or insects do occasionally enter from the front door. Read more
I?ve been coming here for the past two years, but the last two times I?ve came, their way behind on the orders and are extremely... understaffed. I ordered through the app to have it available in the pizza portal to avoid the ridiculous lines? nope, still hadto get in line because my pizza wasn?t in the pizza portal oven after 30 minutes past the time it was scheduled to be ready!!!!I asked the employee for a free pizza for the huge inconvenience and he said he couldn?t because I?d be taking a pizza from oneof the other customers. I asked for a full refund and he said it was ready. Nope, I told him I didn?t want it anymore havingwaited so long and knowing one of the pizzas had been sitting out for 20 minutes.
