HORRIBLE customer service! Went around yesterday at 3:40 and there was only two cashiers. The red head cashier was taking my... order and packing the orders during a lunch rush while the older lady was just standing around drinking her AMPM drink. After along time of waiting everything finally started moving. The wait is RIDICULOUS. Why couldn?t the lady help? If i could give 0stars I would. Read more
This place isnt how it used to be. Ordered a family pack to dine in. Cashier could have had a better attitude but whatever.... Recieved the worst chicken I've ever tasted. It was dry and had an overall terrible flavor. Not to mention that the corntortillas were cold even after asking for some new ones that were heated better. The only somewhat good thing was the potatosalad and rice. My family and I won't be coming here again. Read more
It's been nearly 20 years since I used to frequent this Juan Pollo on a semi daily basis, what a pleasure it was to take a trip... down memory lane and see that they are still as fantastic as I remember. Their delicious marinade, their great sides... Beatsout every chicken place in my area, how much I wish there was one in the AV so I wouldn't have to drive so far for their uniquequality of chicken. I recently ordered a large quantity of the 1/2 Chicken meal box. It comes boxed individually with chicken and two sides, which... is great for large work parties. Service was great on both occasions and Daniella was a great help. She took the time to calland clarify with her manager as well as making it easier for me to use a different payment method. I really appreciated the timeand effort she put in. Great customer service! Read more
If i could give it zero stars I would. We ordered a bowl & nachos we got dry day old chicken for a Wedensday, do they just cut... fresh on the weekends somebody has to take the challenge to find out. Bring ur own salsa if not they plan to charge u .50 forextra. As u can see the pics nachos were missing sour cream, avocado, small cup of beans/cheese was included charge us $13 fornachos alone. The chicken bowl had a good helping of dry chicken, mushed white rice & beans hidden underneath the chicken toconceal the amount of beans if I could make a suggestion train the staff to speak to customers.
