Came here on a weekend. We got service and waited for our food. It took us almost 30 minutes to get our orders. I approached... the counter and asked how far along was our order, the staff said they are only waiting on our spaghetti. I was very impatientdue to the fact that I was watching how the staffs worked and they need to be trained on how to be quick with the order. Theyare too slow and seems not to know what they are doing. Too many conversations and not a lot of movement. Long lines and longwait. Food is bland unless you dip the chicken in the gravy. Spaghetti is too sweet and noodles overcooked. You need to turnthis place around, you might be bn inside the mall but service is not good. Food is not exceptional either. Read more
The food was very good but the store lacked adequate cleanliness. Compared to Popeyes, the chicken sandwich is far more juicier... but lacks the same crunch. But both have what the other doesn?t. The spaghetti?s noodles were cooked well and the meat tastierthan it looks. The sauce has the same viscosity as Chef Boyardee, but is not as sweet. The floors, tables, and chairs were verydirty. Maybe I was lucky but my order came out perfectly unlike the other reviews listed. Service was fast. This was my first time... trying Jollibee and I loved the spaghetti and spicy chicken. I wasn?t a fan of the gravy or original chicken. The peach mangopie and pineapple juice was delicious Read more
The food was good and their sauces are great! Got the chicken tenders which were huge ans Loved the pinapple bbq and gravy.... Didn't love the french fries and the pasta is honestly horrible. It's inside the mall, so there's little sitting options. I'lldefinitely come back to try their pies. Read more
High quality of chickenjoy, fiesta noodles (palabok), steak burgers, gravy, and pies (peach mango pie and banana-lanka pie) -... and good service by crew - so far. 1 star off because it took us 2000 steps to look for it and find it - NEXT TO MARSHALLSINSIDE THE MALL, NOT THE FOOD COURT. Read more
The place was nice and clean. There?s a staff who made sure that tables are cleaned and sanitized. Restroom was spotless and... clean. Food was typically as good as it would be like in other branches. Hope they can maintain the cleanliness and the service. Read more
It's funny how 3 associates and a manager checked my order and gave me one mash potato one rice and four gravys for the $24... family meal. EXACTLY...A FAMILY MEAL. I get home and this the bus of overworked employees and a manager who did nothing but walkout with a plate with chicken and probably the other cup of rice they needed to fulfill my order. I deserve a gift card. I gavethem an opportunity and patronized their business and this is what I end up with. Not enough sides and overcooked chicken. It's undeniable their service is the quickest. Today I ordered my food for dine in and they bagged it. I said I want to eat... here. Crew says "it's okay". Then 1 time my burger steak tasted soap & noted some bubbles when I sliced it. I didn't finish thefood and left the place & crew was too busy to make a scene & I guess the mgr's family was visiting & dining there too so Idon't want to steal their moment. Today they served old rice, I had to smell it & can tell with the look of it. Almost there butnot yet. I hope I don't get the runs. I keep my cool at times but not all the time.
