Had an issue ordering through the app. Ended up getting charged twice. This store DOES NOT answer the phone. Tried calling... corporate HQ and their recording says to contact store directly. My deepest hopes and dreams involve the manager of this storewith a terminal illness that involves great pain and suffering. Read more

This one has been iffy but last week it was helllllaaa dirty!! I saw food scraps everywhere! In the case, on the counter, by the... register. Then, they sat my bare sandwich on the counter, no paper...???? Management seems in flux. Oh, if you work at UPS, Iheard a Jersey Mike's worker in there dropping dimes to your supervisor about who takes extra long lunches.... No joke! I'llreview again soon... Maybe. So first time here, never had this place before so I figure why not try it, but you could clearly see the staff were overworked... and overwhelmed. The managers are horrible and don't even do their jobs, but let the what seemed like new staff struggle.Instead of hiring more staff to work during rushes even 1, they disregard any obvious needs for help and "know their employeeshave it under control". Ridiculous. Please if there some one higher than HR that I can reach out to? I ended up walking outbecause they were so overwhelmed, over worked and apparently supposed to be robots. The filthiest restaurant I ever remember being in, in America. Greasy smudges on glass, misc food/crumbs in places around meat... cutter/food prep area that had obviously been there a long while. Best tasting sandwiches and great customer service. A+!!!

The sandwiches are good, but nowhere near being the best, they're too plain. I enjoyed the food, and the service here was good... too, but I must say, the "giant" sandwiches DO NOT feed 2-3 people. My Girlfriend and I finished one without a problem, andwe're not big eaters at all. Dropped a star for that. Read more

First time to Jersey Mikes, let's just say "cookie for the rookie". The place was plentifully staffed by a young enthusiastic... staff. Great customer service BTW. I ordered a turkey sandwich the way my wife likes it and a roast sandwich for myself "Mike'sway". We enjoyed the meal. The sandwiches here are a bit more costly than the "usual" sandwich shops but there is a qualitythat you can taste. They slice the meat and cheese fresh. I will definitely be coming back for the food and awesomeservice. This is a solid 4 star sandwich shop. Read more
