Went to get my veterans day meal, hostess was nice and sat us. We then noticed we say there for about 15-20 minutes and no... server came to our table. I noticed a group of 10 that were seated after us and they got served right away. We left and someonetold us thank you and enjoy your night. We just ignored them. We have not good experience in this location, first the A/C was not working and was a hot day, second, when the coffee cups... arrive, was so dirty with lipstick stains, so be careful, and the light of the tables are so low than we can feel the hot of thebulb, lot of things need to change in this restaurant location, other than that the food was ok and the bell boy was betterthan the waiter, as a picture, and the wait time is no so long, wonder why?! The moment you walk in, you are greeted and walked to your table. Even though it was a full house, the service was prompt. We... enjoyed our time at IHOP. Husband and son came earlier this week. My 9 year old son said he wanted to come back because the food was so good and the... service was awesome ????????. We just left had an awesome server Eduardo. Even in the midst of the rush he was attentive andtook our order properly. We had the opportunity to speak with the manager Miguel, he shared his personal experience as a serverfor many years. His knowledge as a former server is definitely an advantage to this restaurant ???? Raise your hand if you needsomething and someone will attend to you. Highly recommend and will come back. Read more
