The chicken here always tastes like it?s burned. I usually buy the bowls and the chicken here is shredded n burnt, and the bowls... are never filled up. I have gone here several times since the one on foothill is being remodeled but I am always disappointed.I?ll have to wait until the other store is opened again. Read more

Absolutely terrible service and terrible food!!!! I ordered like $60 worth of food and got home to find no silverware to eat... with and the food was horrendous!!! The tostadas we ordered had nothing but pretty much lettuce in them, there were hardly anyother ingredients in them. No beans cheese avocados or pico de gallon or anything!!! Just lettuce and burnt shells!!! I calledto say that we ordered all these bowls and tostadas and they gave us no silverware to eat with. The guy had the nerve to askwell did you ask for the silverware! First of all so rude and so unprofessional to speak to a customer like that that just spentover $60 on food at their location!!! I told the guy I didn?t know I needed to ask for silverware when we ordered all of thesefood items that require silverware to eat!!! He then had the nerve to hang up on me!! Definitely the worst tasting food I?veever ordered at el pollo loco at this particular location and definitely the worst customer service!!! I visited this location during a convention event and decided to drive thru n ordered the 3 chicken tacos that clearly state... they come w/onion n cilantro. My question is "where the hell is the cilantro?!" When u only have a certain amount of time to getsomething to eat u can't really turn around n fix the places mistake. A long drive thru line because the dining room was closed. I ordered the Chicken Taquito Dos Loco Salad. The picture vs what I... actually got was disappointing ????! The 4 taquitos in the picture was actually 2 cut in half and laid in the corner of thesalad (not standing up). The taquitos were also over cooked. I mean beyond tasteful...really burnt flavor. My husband ordered through the app and picked up a double chicken tostada salad today 03/16/2021. Sadly while mixing the salad... at home I noticed the clearly raw chicken. Extremely disappointed. Had to toss the whole thing. Update 03/17/2021 I alreadyfilled out the form on the website provided in the management's response last night, 03/16/2021. Why is the responsibility onthe consumer though? Will never return to this location. Read more
I ordered the $20 dollar 10 piece family meal deal. It comes with legs and thighs two large sides and flour or corn tortillas.... Of course I get the salsa and additional sides of jalapenos, and creamy cilantro avocado sauce. Chicken is always fresh andjuicy. Read more
Absolutely terrible service from what I have experienced here like no other. I had usually came here multiple times with no... issues at first but after noticing the staff members behavior change up overtime frequently. The service was not verycooperative to it customers or helpful in anyway of rightful service. Which lead me to give my business elsewhere. Read more
