Nope, I'll eat here but will never get the Chile Rellenos, I hate them with the seeds, my mom and my aunt (that owns a... restaurant) take out the seeds when making them and my aunt does it with her Chile Rellenos she sells too. I didn't pay to eatseeds and that's not 2 or 3 that's like 10 and that's just the first bite. I don't recommend the Chile Rellenos unless you likeseeds with yours. Read more
The food here is so great! I have never had anything I didn't like. They also make their own flan which is fantastic. Best I... have ever tasted. The salsa is watery buuut, addictive. The chunks of tomatoes and the whip of chili makes this a top pick. I was there on... Saturday for lunch ANNND Sunday for breakfast. On Saturday, I had a beef enchilada and an asada taco. The enchilada sauce is arich and thick colorado sauce that would make any abuelita happy. Perfectly flavored and treated with respect. The asada isstraight beef. I like that they don't mess with the spicing too much here, they let the beef speak for itself and it was realnice. For breakfast I did an enchilada montada (an over easy egg on top of a cheese enchilada in red sauce) and again, thesauce was goooooood! The price was right on and the staff super friendly and attentive. They take a lot of pride in thislittle hide away. The restaurant is VERY clean, the atmosphere is authentic Southern California and the portions aregenerous. Try the coffé de Oro. Read more
Have been going here for years & each time the Quality of service & food is excellent!!! Full of flavor and not greasy at all!... Food is prepared fast & brought quickly to your table by the friendly staff who make you feel right at home! Great place forsome Authentic Mexican food! Really good food. Great prices. I had the Vallarta Quesadilla with asada. This is probably one of the best quesadillas I've had,... and I married a Mexican, so his Tias made me food dl the time from scratch. The hubby had Grandma's Enchiladas. He made alot ofmoaning sounds and ate all of it, so I would say top notch. I had the strawberry margarita, and had to order a post-meal one orwas so good. The food was delicious! We bought a flauta plate, a monster burrito and a lengua burrito. Everything had grea flavor. Only thing... we didn't finish were the chips you get with your meal. They tasted a bit stale. We will be back to eat when in the area! Read more
