Rude employees. Sign and online says they open at 10am. Other customers waiting as well. I went through drive through and was... told they were closed. I asked what time to you open she ignored me and walked away. It was 10:50am. I assumed they open at11am then so I wanted. She came and asked what I was waiting for and I said for them to open then she perceived to say theydon't open till 11:30am and for me toove cause there timer was going off. Read more

I never usually rate anywhere or anything. But this time is a must. This is the worst customer service I have ever had in my... life. I ordered through the drive-thru and they gave me my food cold and the chicken was as hard as the stone. When I went inthere I saw batches of chicken sitting there, and before I got my order they said the chicken is ?fresh?. How is that fresh?That?s disgusting I don?t even know how do they feed that to people. I asked for a refund and gave them the chicken I orderedbut they only gave me $8 out of the $34 that I paid for. I returned 2 chicken sandwiches and 5 tenders & she only refunded mefor 3 chicken tenders & 1 sandwich!! That girl working there was so rude , gave an attitude, and was never understanding. First of all, it took a long time in the drive through. Spicy chicken was not available. The lady working drive through... couldn't hear me even though my voice is fairly boisterous.
