Staff was rude but even worse after paying and begin eating - watermelon lemonade has chemical flavor and not edible, corn was... FROZEN cold literally icey in the middle of the kernels, rice was not flavored correctly and tasted like nothing which is superodd being it's the cilantro lime, super stale chips. Really wanted to take the food back for a refund because it was really badbut the staff had already been so rude when I was ordering kindly that I felt unsafe to do so. Read more
Gave me food poisoning. More than likely from the rice, Me and my boyfriend had the chicken and he was fine but he didn?t have... the rice. Plus this was the only thing I ate all day. This is the worst bowl so far I had from Chipotle. I always love and order from chipotle but this time the bowl had hardly any... rice as I can clearly see they were running out of rice that time that?s why they didn?t put much rice in there. Eventually itbecame so spicy due to lack of rice. I am not coming back to this store if I am at Ontario Mills. :( Read more
Worst Chipotle of all! Who runs out of vegetables? They do. No onions? No red bell peppers? No green bell peppers? None!!! This... place has messed up my orders on the delivery 3 times in a row. Went in and had a horrible experience. The manager short manager (male) pudgy, with colored eyes was very rude. He barely... smiled, it looked so fake and like it hurt him to smile even a little. He slid my bag down to me instead of handing it. My foodwas cold. All the girls making my food were rude and did not smile. I decided to give it another chance, same location. Anothermale manager with gray hair bagged my food he was nicer, but I still wasn't impressed. I told the girl at the front what Iwanted three times, I was being loud and clear! I asked for a burrito bowl with a tortilla inside my bowl and she did notcomprehend what it was I was asking for. The second girl put my meat in my bowl and asked which salsa I would like. I told her"mild and corn." she then put medium and sour cream on my bowl! I was so upset. I asked the male manager to remake it and he didbut looked a little aggitated by my request.
