Very disappointed! My mom went through the drive thru and ask for a coffee. An employee asked my mom to go out to the front and... park and they will bring out her coffee. She waited 30 minutes and NOTHING! She had her coworker ask what the hold up was andshe waited another 5 minutes and just asked for her money back! All of a sudden they gave it to her right then and there in thatmoment. Read more
The food is good of course but the service can be better. I?ve ordered through the app the past 3 times here and each time I?ve... had to wait 15 minutes over when the app tells me my food is done, just to get all of my meal or a part of it. Doesn?t make anysense to order through the app anymore if you have to keep waiting. Read more
HORRIBLE! I?ve gone twice ever since they opened, waited in line for a good 30 minutes, I had a 4 person other that I did online... so there was no way you could?ve messed it up, I?ve never had a problem that big with any fast food place so i was dumb enoughto not check my food till I got home, well, to my surprise, there was only 1 order of chicken tenders and the 4 orders of fries?There?s no way I could?ve drove off before I got my food because the kid giving me the food was also forgetting to give me mysodas, I had to remind him. The last time I went they just straight up gave me the wrong item, I ate it anyway but stillbothered me a lot. Overall, horrible. Listen... I've never had To wait 35 minutes for "Fast food!" And if your going to hire a bunch of teenagers at least hire some... Adults as Managers. Three cars went pass me all because your teenager employees were busy socializing with the car in front ofme. And when I ask for a refund the "Manager" another teenager said absolutely nothing. Where is the great customer servicehere?! Where's the old crew at?? What's the point of remodeling and making it bigger when you're twice as slow??? Got my order from drive thru. Missing a many items. You guys need train your employees better, ordered about $90 worth of food .... got my order missing about $30 of food, wrong dressing for salad. How much more messed up can it be. Always had good experienceat other chick fil A , but not this one. Manager give me attitude when I go in to complained about mistake employees made atdrive thru window. Bad customer services. Ruined chick fil A name. Corporate needed to look into it. Read more
Agree with Laney below. Went here last week and went through drive thru. Arrived home and found my order was wrong and missing... part of it. Tried calling but no answer. Not to mention waiting an extended period of time in the parking lot because food wasnot ready when I got to window. Then the kid that brought my food finally, forgot the drinks. Went back to store young managerin charge had me wait still another 10 mins to get the rest of my meal and the correct sandwich. Worst experience at a chic fila. We used to come here all the time before new ownership took over. Now they?re slow. Only 2 cars ahead of me in line for... breakfast, waited around 20 mins to get my food. The young manager seems to be playing around. Holding up the line when one ofthe cars ahead seemed to be her friend. When it was my turn at the window, I looked in and a lot of staff just standing around.I asked for extra honey butter seems like they didn?t put any. I got a different burger for my order and my sandwich wasn?t even a full size chicken patty it was more like a chicken tender.... Smh Read more
