Every time I stop here at this particular Carls JR location. An employee opens the door and says they are under staffed. In my... opinion, this employee is racist and plays favorites. Ordered a breakfast burger. Going into my last bite or two, I notice the egg had a clear plastic piece sticking out. I go tell... them. In spanish they all say there's plastic in the egg like they know their egg comes in a plastic casing. Cook lady comes upsaying it's just egg because it comes liquid form. You shouldn't be able to clearly see through the egg no matter how thin. Eggsare yellow light yellow at most, Not Clear. Didn't issue a refund. If your gonna be closed I don?t care if your short staffed for whatever reason please but a sign up cause waiting behind 2 cars... for 15 minutes of my 30 minute lunch and getting to the speaker and the auto greeting asking what it can get me then no answerbeyond that and coming to the conclusion no one is there and driving around and there is no one there put up a sign saying sorryclosed on the speaker put a cone something cause multiple cars were waiting behind me as well. The food is fine... its carls. But if you are on lunch or in any kind of hurry, avoid the drive tru. It took 35 minutes for 3... people to get their order. This location sucks. On maps it says 24 hours but it's not. And theycome super early on Sundays. Also the employees are... horrible. I went one day 30 minutes before closing (although it's 24 hours) and the employees just ignored me. Read more
