Typical dine in experience for a Carl's Jr. Damian the cashier was friendly, took our order and brought the food to our table. ... Level up would be to ask if we need anything else like ketchup. Our burgers were cooked right and prepared the way we asked. Fried zucchini was lava hot the way you'd expect. Damian wiped tables down during downtime so the place was kept neat and tidy. We visit occasionally and we'll continue to do so. It's a convenient location near the movie theaters and mall. The times weuse the drive through, we haven't had any issues. Read more

Very disappointed with service and food for the high cost. Customer service was lacking! No greeting of customers, nor... communication to proceed when ready to order, nor when order took well beyond the normal wait time. No smiles but employeeslacked friendly attitudes. Restaurant was not at all busy, yet the wait was long for just four orders of three piece chickentenders, which upon opening, every box had very tiny pieces that had been overcooked. Size was as thin and as small as a mediumsized hand?s index finger. $4.99 for three of these? And times 4! Will not come here again. Read more

Service was fast but the food was cold. I guess fast service is not always a good thing especially when it comes to food. It's a... shame to have your dinner ruined by carelessness. I think they need to reevaluate their standards, personal and professional. Read more
Lol this place is a joke 2 weeks ago I came here The girl told me they were only taking cash no problem. I went to the ATM down... the street and came back, guess what she told me when I came back?? Bummed to leave a bad review because I used to come here often when I worked at the mall. I'm still grossed out so I'll keep it... short. The fries at the bottom of the box were stale, hard and cool. My shake had a hair in it. Not my color orcurl. Management needs to do better in training and supervising sanitation. Read more
The meat was a little dry. I'm hoping the quality of Carl's Jr returns to what it used to be before. It used to be one of the... best... now it's just average. More focused on fancy burgers than tasty burgers. Read more
