We came here on a Friday around lunch time. They were not busy. We were the only customers. We ordered the BK value meals. The... burgers didn't taste good. Everything was dry. We also ordered some fries and onion rings and they tasted better because theywere made fresh. Read more

Service was bad drive thru lady was rude wont be coming back
Stood at the register for over 5 minutes, waiting for someone to take my order. When they finally took my order, the assistant... manager made me feel like I was bothering him. When I got my order of chicken nuggets, I wasn't given any dipping sauce. Thestaff was glued to the order monitor, trying to get the drive thru orders done. Didn't ask them for sauce due to the fact that Iwould be bothering them once again. While eating, I ran out of ketchup, so when I went to get some more, I couldn't find theketchup dispenser. Turns out that the assistant manager brought it to the counter to be refilled. I didn't have access to it,and seeing that they were concentrating on the order monitor, I knew I had no hopes for a refill. As I sat there eating mynuggets plain, I observed another customer waiting at the register for about 5 minutes. I don't know if they were short-staffed,but the 2 stars are for the food. Took off 3 stars for the bad customer service, lack of attention to detail, and the lack ofleadership. I hope everyone else had a better experience. Read more

If I could give this 0 stars I would ordered a mocha iced coffee RECEIVED THE NASTIEST TASTELESS COFFEE IVE EVER DRANK & to top... it off I also ordered a 10 Piece nugget I ate 2 nuggets while driving back to work and When I saw the inside I noticed only 4nuggets I'm 100% sure I only ate 2 they really only threw 6 inside the bag, & not to mention they were cold as hell! . IM NEVERGOING BACK. This Burger King sucks! The girl was rushing me the entire time, I understand panicking a little while being ondrive thru because ive worked at BK before but This girl had 1 car in front of me and 0 customers in the lobby and stillcouldn't get my order right, I'm Furious. The Burger King in Ontario is very dirty has a odor to it and there were flies buzzing around. The soda dispenser is way out... dated and I personally think this place needs a remodel on the inside big time or maybe just fix a few things to make it morewelcoming be a useful right now it isn't. Every time i come to this location the staff specifically Monica, gives me a hard time about the use of the coupons and gives me... attitude in rude and mocking way. She and her other associates have done this to me more than 4 times already. I am absolutelytired of being treated like this at your facility. Read more
