Update? It?s ok?ordered mobile and when I got there I asked to add something to my order. They were clearly frustrated that I... asked for an item to be added. It was 1 thing not 30. Then when the lady brought the item out to me in the front (because itwasn?t ready in the drive thru) she was even more upset cause the driver side was close to the bushes. My passenger side wasclear. Giving 3 stars because value is good and they have pretty Good burgers but service and willingness/customer service coulduse some work. Read more

I visit this Bakers location quite often due to its location to my schedule. NORMALLY, everything is great but today when... placing an order, the speaker was barely able to hear .I asked the employee to speak louder then proceeded to place my order.The voice got louder as I was unable to hear what she was saying. Then it became unacceptable. I replied that the volume was notenough to hear and this caused her to basically yell my order. I agreed to my order and proceeded to pull up. I really don't know what the issue is. It's been awhile since my last visit, because we received such horrible service - a... 45-minute wait, For bean and cheese burritos, fries and beverages, and the manager did not care to refund our money, nor did sheapologize for the ridiculous wait time. Before you start thinking they were crazy busy - no they were not. The manager, and herstaff, was only busy having a conversation behind the counter. No, it wasn't a training, but a conversation with jokes andpersonal information, that lasted 45 minutes! Doing their jobs, and providing quality service was the last thing on their minds.In speaking with on of the employees about the lack of care and lack of service received, he frankly admitted, "They're likethat." Fast forward to today. We decided to give this Baker's location another chance, because I have a thing for theirburtitos. We asked for, and paid for sour cream in our bean and cheese burritos, and even though it was listed on the receipt,not one burrito had sour cream in it. We received a crazy amount of salsa, but no straws, and no forks. Now, I have heard thatwe're supposed to ask for straws, in the State of California, so we returned for straws. I would think that if you're providingnapkins, you would provide a fork for meals that require the use of one. Oh wait! Did we receive napkins? Needless to say, wewill not be returning to this Baker's location, on Archibald, in Ontario, California. How many others are being robbed? Thesesmall charges multiplied by daily, weekly, monthly, yearly purchases add up. Think about it. Read more

Very poor customer service. I came at 1130ish to order a breakfast burrito. I was told breakfast is over with a attitude. So I... said ok and looked at the menu and decided to order a beef combination burrito and as I?m ordering the girl was giggling andrepeated my order. I didn?t feel confident at all continuing my order so I left across the street. Management needs to have aconversation with the employees. People do not play around with their food. I felt like who ever was taking my order would nothandle my food with care. If that is what you have representing your drive thru, I would quickly reevaluate. I?m not to sure butthe employee. I discovered Bakers as a driver back in 1993. Back then you could get a combo for a dollar. Bean burrito, small fries and a... small drink. I knew and stopped at just about all of them because I drove all over the IE a least twice a week. So I'm happywith the service and food. I don't think I've ever bee to one that I had a bad experience at. The food is always hot and thestaff is always polite and helpful. The restaurant is clean and well kept. This visit was the same. Wonderful. The food isinexpensive and tasty. The tacos are great. Love this place! Read more
