I swear this place changes every day. Some days orders are perfect and then they are totally and completely different than what... you ordered. I wasted $30+ on wrong sandwiches and cold fries. Can't call the restaurant, wrong number on the receipt. Callthe corporate line and they say someone will get back to me. I have very little hope of that. If the frosty's weren't so good,I'd have the perfect excuse to just say NO. 08/31/22 Edited to add corporate did get ahold of me and said they were going torefund the money but that's the last I've heard of it. It's hit or miss. Service is ok when the gentleman is working he greets and gets order right. We've been shorted with our... orders at times and had to wait. Frosty machine down and sat in drive through for 30 minutes to find out, no sign. I will say Ionly do fast food when the grandkids visit and Wendy's is the best for fast food places. I have been sickened by the others withlake of food quality, rude service and slow. I'll stick with Wendy's. Read more

I?m pretty sure someone at this establishment working the drive thru wrote down my card information. I had fraud alerts from my... bank the next day after only stopping there. They blocked online purchases. The drive thru employees were absolute trash too.Horrible attitude like I was such a jerk because they had to serve food at their food service job. Read more

I couldn?t believe the attitude given by the shift manager, she always denied to give a cup of hot water. I showed her where she... can get the hot water from. Then made me park in front of the store bringing the the hot water in a soda cup. When I asked forcoffee cup, the employee told me that cup is extra charge. Seriously?, I spent $59 on my order. Hands down, the cleanest Wendy?s I?ve been in in years. The food was as fresh as you can get for fast food and the manager, she... was amazing. My super picky hamburger patty eating 7-year-old was not satisfied with her patty. We were generously hooked upwith chicken nuggets instead. If we weren?t just passing through, I?d definitely come here often. Read more
Very poor service. Gave no receipt and told me two different prices for my meal. Food was old and I called corporate... headquarters. They wanted 6 dollars and 25 cents for 4 piece nugget and small coke. I said that doesn't sound correct. They thenspoke in Spanish to eachother (two women in drive thru) and changed the price to 5 dollars and 25 cents. I will never go back. Itruly believe they are pocketing money and overcharging people. Hopefully corporate will investigate this. Read more
