Was rather overcooked. But quantity was great, price was a bit much. Will try them one more time.

I called in my order at 3:45pm and arrived to Onley Pizza Hut close to 4 o'clock. My husband had to walk inside to inquire about... the food. He finally walked out with it about 4:30pm. The price of the food wasn't worth what we paid. We got 1 personal pancheese pizza, 1 order of 8 boneless mild wings, 1 order of 18 traditional bone in wings, and 1 two liter Dr. Pepper. We paid abit over $60 for the entire meal in addition to waiting almost an hour for our food. Hope to see prices lower and qualityincrease. Read more

The pizza was amazing. When we arrived, 3:50 pm, to dine in, we were told it was shift change and we needed to wait til the next... waitress arrived at 4. Then we were sat at 4:15. There were 2 tables in the entire restaurant. We ordered salad bar. When Iasked for shredded cheese for the salad bar I was informed they are out. You are a pizza restaurant, how are you out of cheese? Read more

Pizza Hut USED to be the top of the heap. No more. Over the years you can tell they've substituted cheaper ingredients (namely... the cheese) that simply aren't as good as their golden days. I guess by now I shouldn't be surprised. I'm 50 now and beenaround the block a few times. Literally E-V-E-R-Y time a business has a good thing going ( be it food, car , computer, whatever), they can't help themselves from trying to squeeze that much more $$$ out of it for profits' sake, substitutingcheaper ingredients, parts, whatever the case may be, screwing the customer out of what USED TO BE an exceptionalexperience. So where should I start..For starters when I arrived I was slowly greeted, We sat and waited for 10 minutes before we were asked... what we wanted to drink. We waited another 30 minutes and the waitress Taylor was going to every table expect for ours. We endedup having to order at the carry out counter to get our food. We still had to wait at least 20+ minutes for that. We were notchecked on & was only asked did we want refills before we were about to leave. When we asked for our checks for our drinks &food. The waitress Taylor made a smart remark and said since we ordered up at the carryout counter that?s where we had to pay.She then got her AGM to come out & accused my family of calling her out of her name, when that was never the case. The servicewas terrible and the food lacked taste. We weren?t apologized to or anything. The past couple of times I?ve went have beenpleasant but she just ruined it. So I hope you have a better experience than I had. Read more

The food at this pizza hut used to be amazing, but the quality has gone downhill, while prices have increased over the last... couple of years. We used to really like getting the cheese sticks but I am not sure we will ever order those again. The lastcouple of times we have received them they were over done, and this time they were practically burnt. For a price of $6something for 5 cheese sticks they are just not worth it especially being over cooked. In addition the food we received was nothot and the sauce on the Detroit style pizza had a sweet taste. If it weren't for my daughter getting the Book It pizzas (whichyou can't even order online with the rest of your order) I don't think we would continue to visit this Pizza Hut. Read more

Short version: Cashier was bad, pizza was bad, covid precautions were bad, manager made it up to us. Initially, I was inclined... to give this Pizza Hut 2 stars. The cashier who gave us our pizza were his mask intermittently which, during this covidpandemic, is simply unacceptable. We didn't realize it at the time, but we weren't given a receipt either. When we got ourpizza and cheese bread sticks, they was warm, not hot, and did not feel fully cooked. The only reason it would've gotten 2 starsinstead of 1 is because of the generous toppings we recieved-I don't think I've seen this many toppings on a pizza before. Wewere hungry and didn't want to complain, so we just ate it. After eating the pizza, we realized that we didn't get marinarawith the cheese bread sticks. We decided to go back in to ask for it, and ask for the cheese bread sticks to be reheated. Thecashier reluctantly gave us the marinara sauce and offered to only microwave the remaining cheese bread sticks, which weaccepted. We were unable to finish the pizza, and were still hungry, so decided to get another order of cheese bread sticks, and make sure they were actually hot before accepting them. We went in for a third time and placed our second order, but thistime there was a woman complaining with another employee with very similar complaints to us. My dad supported this woman'sarguements, and she went and got the manager. The manager told us that if we provided a receipt, we would be refunded for ourorder. We finally realized that we were never actually given the receipt. However, the manager seemed very tired, couldn't findour receipt, saw our digital order confirmation, and refunded us anyway. She left, and we continued to wait for our cheese breadsticks. The employee apologized to us, told us she made our order a double cheese bread sticks, and didn't charge us. This orderwas hot and well made, and we enjoyed it much more than our previous order. We also trust that the manager will Read more
