This is without a doubt the most unorganized, untrained McDonald's I have been to. They are the slowest at the drive... thru. Today, I had to wait at the pickup window while the five employees inside had a little social gathering inside the drivetrue area. Other times I've come, I've gone inside and simple menu item order takes up to 20 minutes. Not going to waste timehere again. I'll go to Wendy's. Read more

They started turning people away & saying that they were closed at 11:50pm. Yall close at 12 and are a fast food restaurant. ... I know the world is short staffed right now, but there was at least 6 workers behind the counter and the registers were not... open, so all manpower was in the food lines. We waited over 40 minutes to receive our food. They messed up one happy meal,forgot the fries in another and forgot a drink. Another family beside myself also had their meals messed up. 3 people asked fortheir money back. There was one person moving at a snails pace. An older lady was running meals outside she looked over heatedand exhausted. They didn?t have any sauces and were out of ketchup. I feel like they needed some managerial skills and lineefficiency. Stopped for breakfast on our trip. Bagel was not toasted and was stale. Egg only coveted half the bagel and was tiny and thin.... Service was horrible. Self serve touch screen gave an error so I had to go to the counter. Took 2 people 5 minutes to figure outhow to ring me up. Read more
