The people that work here are all extremely kind, polite, and seem to enjoy their jobs. The breakfast food is consistently good,... fresh, and the drive thru line moves FAST! My only complaint would be that there are zero coupons for this establishment, ever.But as far as management and teamwork, this place is A+. Most efficiently operating fast food on the eastern shore. First time here... was greeted BEFORE I reached the counter... 2 lovey women took my order and it was done and ready before I... could reach the end of the counter. The Chicken was Piping HOT and very crispy on the outside... the Cole Slaw was excellent aswas the Mashed potato and country gravey. But boy was I surprised at the Biscuit!... 3 out of 5 because, the manager wrote our name down to provide a complimentary meal. The food is "usually" hot and fresh. Now,... the not so good. The attitudes are not consistently friendly or helpful. On this day, I didn't receive what was asked for,this is not the first time, and when I called and asked for the manager, the girl told me "she's dropping chicken, can I take amessage?" No, you can't take a message...a customer asked for a manager, go get your manager. The other issue is, the seasonedfries are usually good, the last couple of times...the fries requested were NOT seasoned, as requested! Be consistent andremember your customer is your business!! It's sad because companies have to hire and they don't hire people who have customerservice skills. Read more
good thing this was on our way and remembered that it's one of the highly praised fried chicken franchises down south... no... branch exist yet where we live... the biscuits i really love... bigger and yet softer and not too salty... the mac and cheeseside is also not overpowering so i guess you could get lost in there and finish the whole thing... the coleslaw... well i'm notreally a coleslaw guy but i guess i could eat a couple of spoons without feeling uneasy... the chicken was juicy inside andcrsipy on the outside... the only thing is i think they can season it more to compete with the likes of popeyes... but overallthe experience was great... the family loved it... First time ever at a Bojangles. The place was clean and the line moved reasonably well. Got the chicken strips with fries... and biscuit and they were good. The lady was even nice enough to give me an extra sauce. Would definitely go back. Read more
