I tried to give the place the benefit of the doubt, but sadly after multiple bad experiences in a row, I think this review is... warranted. Have had issues the past 3 times I?ve ordered. First time they mistakenly put the same sauces and veggies on bothsubs. Second time, they barely put any veggies on the subs at all and when I went in to pick them up, the employees werestanding around bad mouthing other employees, full on swearing and all. This last time I ordered two 12inch subs, and they gaveus 6inc subs so I had to wait for the other halves of each sub to be made and they were made terribly. I understand mistakeshappen, but when it?s a constant, then it?s an issue. This place needs way better management and the current staff franklysucks. This place is not only disgusting but also so rude. The place is dirty I watched one of the male employees do food prep in the... back with no gloves touching everything from meat to veggies. Subs are made sloppy and messy, I?ve had an issues with just abouteveryone there who?s made my sub but the new girl she made my sub great not messy at all I use to work at a subway and there areso many issues with this store!! Came in here tonight(6/25/19) at 8:30 PM they are open until 10 PM. We walk in and nobody is around waited 10 minutes and as we... are getting ready to walk out the girl comes out on her cell phone and says "I am closing early because there is no one else theother guy working left me and I'm deathly sick. But how many subs did you want because, I'll only make 1" I said back to her"well I only wanted 1 sub a 6 inch but if you're sick then no" and I walked out because that is absolutely DISGUSTING! I've beena nurse for many years and I know sick when I see it and that girl was not sick by any means. She wasnt pale in the slightestway and she was awfully giddy to be sick. Obviously she didnt either want to work alone because, of the other guy leaving orshed rather go hang out with her friends because there was two guys standing by the register hanging on the counter waiting forher. They need to get employees that know what it's like to actually work and not close a place early just because they feellike. There was a lady there working with this store a few months ago and said she was taking over and it seemed as if thingswere getting better apparently not. Tried to go to the subway on southside thats in mirabito after leaving here and ended upwalking out of that one as well!! I've never had such a difficult time trying to get food. Read more
I was kicked out for using the bathroom twice before purchasing a sub. While standing in line, TO BUY A SUB, and they were not... only extremely rude to me, but I was asked to leave before I could but anything. terrible experience. the staff member working was all alone as his help never came into work. i ordered online to pick up at... 12:15. i showed up at 12:10 and it was not started and there were two or so people in line ahead. I didn?t mind waiting a fewminutes, however he continued to take walk ins while i waited for the sandwich i ordered a head of time. i sat and waited for 40minutes while walk in orders were filled. i don?t fault the man for it being busy and not having staff, but he should haveprioritized online take out orders before new walk ins. not sure i?ll be going back to that subway at again.
