Although Moe?s is fast food, it was a favorite. It is now officially a no go for me. The food, atmosphere, cleanliness, and... timeless were all poor. The thing that pushed it over the edge was the staff eating along the food line. It has been awhilesince I have been in food prep but I do remember a prohibition of eating near the food and in front of the customers. Use to come to this store for their amazing bowls. The employees always filled the containers up to the top with fresh cooked... food. I loved it so much. Recently went last week and one of the employees who helped me at the counter filled my bowl witheverything I normally get in it. I noticed with all the food in it didn't even fill the light-tan bottom container. I asked theemployee for him to put more in and he did and it still didn't even fill the bottom. I asked for queso and the employee only putit on one side. I asked if Moe's was cutting back on the food due to prices going up and the employee rolled his eyes. For a$10 bowl I expect to get what I'm paying for. A different employee noticed what happened and apologized for the other employeebehavior. Read more
Moe's Southwest Grill is the best. I love going there and getting their nachos. they have such great selection of salsas!
Food was good, although the steak could of been cut in smaller peices. It was hard to eat. Musica was on point. Very clean.
I would rate it a zero if possible. Took my daughter here for her birthday and the staff was so rude, including the manager. ... First they got our order wrong and blamed me. Then they yelled at my daughter for asking for a few more chips. She leftcrying. Thank you for ruining my daughters birthday dinner. We will never eat here again! Read more
