This is not only the worst Dunkin Donuts experience I?ve had but actually this is the worst experience I?ve ever had ordering... food. Here?s the story: stopped on our way to Cooperstown for the day. Saw it was busy inside, still, against our own judgmentdecided to go in, hoping line would go fast? this was as far from the truth as possible. Ordered around noon time, 2 bagels, andsome hashbrowns. Orders continued to stack up from inside traffic. If there were 20 orders, 2 orders were called in 45 min.Literally anyone that placed their order would be prepared to wait. The customers next to us said they had been waiting an hr!Staff was waiting and walking around. It?s like this all was their first day on the jobs. No one knew how to run this store andcall out orders to get the congestion moving. The manager of the store (I suppose) runs in and states they ran out of eggs andthat?s what the hold up was. Meanwhile, we did not order eggs, we ordered a bagel and hash brown. Therefore no reason for ourorder to be held up. Since her arrival we kept asking when our order would be out, we were told numerous times ?ours is next?and so we stayed around believing their words. We asked this about 8 times at least durning our stay. About 50 mins later we gotour lunch! I could see being behind/ under staffed and orders taking longer than normal, but to wait 50 mins for bagel and hashbrowns is not acceptable. Most incompetent and unapologetic staff. Also: important to note, this location has no drive thru andit was still this disastrous! Also, rude college students waiting, very disrespectful to us waiting for food. I will beforwarding this to corporate mgmt as this cannot be tolerated or accepted. Dunkin Donuts HQ would not be happy. I rather go toStarbucks. Higher prices yes, but you get what you pay for. And sometimes competence and friendliness is worth the xtra price.Very shameful of a location. Read more

Every 2 weeks I come here and get something. It's clean and there friendly. I enjoy coming here for a everything bagel with... cream cheese coffee or a muffin. Read more

Staff is always very polite and drinks are great we go here almost every other day...Highly recommended.....
Very nice Dunkin?. The parking lot has tons of room and they have more tables than most Dunkin and the service is great. Very... satisfied with my trip and the selection of baked goods/donuts as well. Read more
