We're fairly picky ice cream eaters, partly because of our own home made ice cream made from a scientific formula we've crafted... over the years. So on our 2 hour drive back from hiking in the Catskills, I looked for the highest rated ice cream place alongour route to make sure it'd be as good or better than what's at home.
