Having owned and ran my own coffee shop. I have to give Scott and the team at Gathers very well deserved ????. Scott's passion... for coffee shines in every roasted bean he produces. The new dark roast "Chaos of Ravens" is above any dark roast I have evertasted, the overall notes of dark chocolate, black currant and hint of dried blueberry shows through without tasting the roastitself. Which is exemplary. All of their coffees have distinctive notes that come through in every cup. Their crews have beentrained for a true consistency from one barista to the next. Hats off to you guys.
