The two of us went in to grab a quick burger at 6:38pm on Monday night. The guy said, oh the door was supposed to be locked,... we?re closed for inside. We said, what time do you close? He said 10pm usually but we?re understaffed. There was not one personin line, and only 1 car in the drive-thru, with 8 people behind the counter. We left & went down the street to a differentplace. Extremely slow service and inaccurate order filling. Consider going elsewhere unless you enjoy spending a lot of money and... having to engage with the indifferent employees to get what you order. Update September 2022: For some reason I decided to tryit again, ordered an Asiago Grilled sandwich. Got home with it and opened it - no sauce, no bacon, and a white hockey puck thatwas supposed to be a grilled chicken. This is a roughly 15 dollar meal, unacceptable. Drove back and they gave me my money back,so at least I only lost a couple gallons of fuel this time. Best part was the other customer waiting at the counter - he had toask for ketchup since the dining room was out, and he stated that they screwed up his order the last few times as well. We bothagreed that Burger King down the road is much better, and that's a scary. Read more

Wendy?s in Oneida, visit was pretty much a cluster of unpleasant events. Walked in to order, no other customers were inside or... in the drive through , waited for someone to bother to wait on us. Placed order and waited some more ? then the Door Dash guywho walked in was given our take out order instead of what he came for so our order had to be remade. Waited again. Took foodhome, looked like they made the salad with whatever lettuce they had left in the bottom of the bag. I think we will skip thisone next time. Read more

Every time we order in the app and go to pick up and add cheese sauce they charge us and don?t put the lid on so it dumps all... over everything and they?re miserable. Worst Wendy?s around. Read more

Night shift needs to learn customer service. Girl at window gave wrong drinks, burgers were burnt and chili was absolutely... disgusting. The managers should be embarrassed. Read more

Ordered lunch via the drive-through at the Oneida Wendy?s today and had a horrible experience with the cashier at the window. My... receipt shows her name to be Bridget though I am not positive. When I pulled up to the window, she whipped open the window,didn?t look at me and demanded my amount due. Every time she opened and closed the window it was a dramatic slam. Not one otherword was spoken during my entire transaction other than my ?thanks you?s? as I was shoved my drinks and food. I paused to saythank you the last time and she immediately slammed the window shut in my face. I understand it?s food service, cold out, andbusy at lunch. I also understand people have bad days- I don?t expect anyone to be overly nice. But really just a VERY poorexperience with a SUPER unpleasant person. Read more

How about some honesty!! Lately these nighttime workers have fallen short with their tasks! Just now, fries weren?t even cooked... all the way! Friday 4:30pm, no line? the past couple months have been awful for door dashers and customers alike! They sit inthe window talking or stay in the back not to be seen and even leave the light off in the evening for drive through and refuseto answer the drive through mic as they leave the indoor doors locked and lights off also. ( this has happened 5 times to us, 3to another, and twice to another and she won?t go back!) The black haired boy, is rude and lied to our faces because he refusesto fold the bags and put stickers on them which door dash requires to ensure no one and nothing has gotten into the food but theworkers, and he has been spoken to about this. The blond girl is always lost and just does what he says, even when she knowsit?s wrong. She is usually just staring at the monitor and no, she is not new as He claims! When we came back for a clientsdrink they forgot, for we cannot see the item list for Wendy?s until we confirm, we waited in another line of 3 cars for 10minutes. We finally just walked up knowing he probably had it poured and could just hand it out and he gave us sass and lipservice, I stood there, he finally just handed it out the window. The General manager says they ALWAYS have stickers, showed us3000, and they are trained to be polite and understanding, the quickness comes, but not with their unstable readiness, uncaringattitudes and rudeness, it never will. Don?t work at a place you don?t enjoy, everyone is hiring right now! The cleanliness hasgone down indoors, when they had the doors open yesterday, the dining room had a funk to it! I would like to add, the darkhaired woman, is extremely quick and efficient! I?m sorry, I haven?t seen any name tags. Thank You! Read more
