If I could give this place zero stars that would be it. I ordered 20 wings around 5:50pm and I waited until 8 and I still had no... food. When I called the guy was very rude to me and said that they ?never got my order? when I have proof of it coming out of myaccount. They said the delivery driver already went out. If they went out then where was my food??? Never order from thesepeople they?re a waste of time and money and very unprofessional. Read more

11/1/2020 I ordered food for the family and I was told it would arrive in 45 mins. Over 2hrs later called back and I was told... another 20 then it turned into another 45mins. Long time to wait for mediocre food. I called back and cancelled the order andsaid I will never order from them again and the man said thank you we don't need the business. Read more
09/25/20 I called and ordered ten wings and a Pepsi for my husband at 3:16p.m. Anyways I was told 4:00, 4:20 rolls around and... still no wings meanwhile my husband only gets a 35 minute break and it started at 4:00 so I called at 4:00 and a man with athick accent said a few minutes and called at 4:20 to cancel them to the guy sitting there yelling over the phone that he?s gotthe wings they are sitting right there and was told again that she would be there to get them to it and when I told him about myhusbands break and said he said a few minutes twenty minutes ago he hung up on me.... so yea... extremely rude place to go and Ido not recommend getting anything from delivery there. I did not receive a refund for it either. At least the delivery woman wasnice when she called to confirm that I had cancelled my order. Read more
Amazing pizza everytime!! I had a "special request" pizza, they delivered the first one & it was a little burnt, she asked if we... wanted a new one.. They delivered us a new pizza & threw in extra celery, blue cheese & fried dough (SO GOOD!) I highlyrecommend Francos Pizzeria! Only place I order from! Read more
Franco?s use to be one of my favorites around Oneida. Idk what happened to the place though. The last 5 times I?ve ordered from... them they?ve managed to mess at least one thing on the order up. Not to mention lose the order slip the last two times and wesat wondering where our food was. Once was while we were dining in and the last time just Sunday night. I called in an order fordelivery they said it would be 40 minutes. The call was made at 6:20, an hour had passed and still no food. When I called backthey said that the order slip had gotten lost under the credit card machine. I can?t believe that this place is still runningwith how unorganized it?s become. I would love to see a turn around, but I?m so disappointed that it will take a lot for me toorder from them again. Read more
Pizza was so bad our dogs wouldn't even try it. Uncooked cheese mixed with burnt dough and pasta sauce. If you're wondering why... it's so cheap, it's because the ingredients are the least quality I've ever seen. Read more
