Most of the staff is friendly and curious. Unfortunately there is one employee that is constantly rude & nasty to everyone I've... seen her in contact with. Tonight at 10:55 p.m. 6/27/17 was no different. When I walked up to the counter and proceeded to wait"Tracy" was wiping out the donut case. When the deli employee motion to her that I was there her response was and I quote ."I'mbusy she can wait!!" I have seen her countless time continue to smoke outdoors and just look at her customers li e up at theregisters and wait for her. I really don't ever remember having any issue with a Casey's employee and all my visits are pleasantunless "Tracy" is working. Makes me want to drive to the other side of town to the truck stop. Be worth the extra time.Herbehavior is uncalled for. Read more
Place has become straight garbage. Whoever makes the donuts definitely doesn't care anymore. If you're in Onawa don't bother... with the Casey's there. Read more
