It's been awhile since I have been in a Taco Bell. First the virus hit and then a lack of employees. Well today I could actually... dine inside the Taco Bell at Crossing Meadows, big mistake. First thing the music was so loud you couldn't have carried on aconversations if your life depended on it. Went to the counter to order and the guy takes my order and I'm ready to pay he walksoff so I'm standing there wondering what is going on. Finally comes back I pay for my order went and sat down to eat and thetacos had very little ground beef, lettuce, and cheese. Used to be a good fast food restaurant but I guess that haschanged. Won't go to that Taco bell again. Read more
Waited in line for 7 min at Burger King at 2:00P on Oct 21, 2021 and did not advance an inch. Pulled out of lime and went to... Taco Bell. Was greeted with smiles and prompt service. Keep this young lady! She?s great. Read more
Very unimpressed with this location recently. Although the staff has always been friendly, they can never seem to get the... simplest of orders correct. If it was just a matter of them forgetting sauce packets, I could overlook that. Ive ordered a beefy5 layer burrito before & received a burrito with chips and rice in it...not even close to a beefy 5 layer! Another time I hadordered a chicken quesadilla, they burned it so badly there was no enjoying it. & Lastly, I've gone there for their breakfast,decided to try a breakfast crunchwrap with SAUSAGE just to get a crunchwrap with BACON & no sauce on the inside. Four people standing around doing nothing and they want me to use a kiosk to order my food so they don't spread germs but... they'll hand you your bag of food but they won't let you take your order at the register. I would not recommend Taco Bell inOnalaska to anyone. If they didn't want to spread germs they would be wearing masks yet they're not. But they're worried aboutJim so they make you order from a kiosk that somebody else had touched so they're spreading germs. Again I would say don't go toTaco Bell in Onalaska it's not worth it. Ordered 2 burritos a piece for 3 people. Asked for extra diablo, bc each uses 1 pack per burrito, and got 4 packets of fire and... no diablo. The rice was a little crispy, the chicken burrito only had 4 slivers of chicken, and way to much lettuce. Also onlygot 3 napkins total after asking for extra. Read more
I understand we have a worker shortage, but the hours for this place are never updated online. You never know when they are open... for breakfast hours. It's extremely frustrating driving 15-20 minutes to pick up a good breakfast to find out they are closed.The even more unusual part is the vehicles in the parking lot. Even seen an employee going out to their vehicle. This seems tobe happening more and more often at this location. Read more
Went there tonight and I ordered a nachos bell grande. It really made me mad because I was craving nachos. The moment I opened... up my nachos there was a really weird smell like the food was really old and then I tried some and it was super gross. It lookedlike they just threw ground beef on it with refried beans. No sour cream, tomatoes or black olives like they normally put on it.I had to throw it away. I tried calling the restaurant and the phone just rang no one answered. Super upset! Not going hereanymore. Read more
