We ordered two cheesecake fantasy it was very plain no Graham cracker crust just the ice cream and frozen berries. Two of the... workers seemed to have know idea what they was doing. Half hour left before they closed, with no other customers waiting behind me, and they would not make me a chocolate dipped... cone. Terrible customer service. It takes 5-10 mins, in the blast chiller they have. Baskin Robbins has done it. Don't wasteyour money here Read more
Employee touched her hair while making our order. Was rude AF telling us only 8 allowed in the store. Customer service is not at... the forefront of what they go for. Ice cream was OK but definitely not to the standard as other Cold Stones we have visited inthe past. Read more
By far the worst cold stone I've been too. 3x now they can't make blended drinks. First 2x I was told blender was broken. And... now you can't go in without a mask. Associates have also been nice bit seem like they're not getting the best training. Whoeverruns this one sucks. I would rather drive to the dells one. That one is awesome. Great owner also. Read more
It?s a Friday, with 20+ people in line. The girl with the long pink hair is hiding in the back and not helping her co-worker AT... ALL. This poor young man has served and taken everyone?s orders while she did absolutely NOTHING AT ALL. Someone needs to tellher to help her coworkers when it?s busy.
