HORRIBLE customer service i have never been treated so rude and with attitude. Out of many ingredients and didn't taste fresh... like when it first opened. Nothing on website stating store is closed or pick up orders only!!! I did not find any chicken in my order. Customer service... is horrendous when the store is open. This store gives the Chipotle franchise a bad name. If you want a good Chipotleexperience drive to Rochester 1 hr away. Read more
La Crosse, WI - Horrible! Rice was not cooked. Had no flavor. Pinto beans were completely dried up. Why would they even serve... them that way?!? Machine was broke down, so no chips or hard tacos. Won?t ever be going back. Place was empty. They will beclosed down soon. Read more
As another review noted, my former review was missing. This place has been a bit of a train wreck most of the times I've gone... there. It's been decent some times, but more often it's been sub par. Couple this with a bad customer service experience withchipotle as a company and viola, one star. When their recurring issues are sorted ill update my review, so far my bestexperience at this location has been 4 stats, but most commonly one. Read more
Traveling from out of state and looking for something familiar. The group got 3 burritos with mild salsa. Every one of them was... extra spicy. Glad I wasn't hungry cause I could only handle 2 bites. Read more
Went here a few times midday only to find it closed for odd reasons. This restaurant is fairly new, so not sure what that was... about. Finally, I was able to try it out. Food was okay (tacos), but the staff struggled with filling the tacos. He smotheredthe tacos with so much hot sauce so it was all falling apart by the time I started to eat. Tried the "queso." Just don't. This location has potential, but needs work. Read more
Nice and polite service beef was little bit too spicy and organic lemonade is great.
The food is as expected from any Chipotle. This restaurant is fairly new and yet it already needs serious cleaning and... maintenance. They do have a drive through for picking up orders submitted through the app which is super convenient. Read more
