Food is always fresh and hot. Staff is friendly. Just wish there wasn't always such a long wait at the drive-thru.
Went during lunch rush on 11/14. Very crowded inside and the drive thru. 10 min wait fir food. Only 1 cashier with manager... sitting in the dining area on her laptop. The height of lunch rush. The 4 guys behind me in line left after 5 min withoutordering. My fries were wrong, they replaced them, and the fry oil was definitely dark and needed changing. Also, seems if subout a drink in meal for a shake it costs more than the whole meal plus a shake. Bad all around Read more
The employees act like the customers are a major inconvenience. They can't let you eat in the lobby because they would have to... wipe down your table. They have literally asked us not to come in the last hour they are open. I don't get to cut corners atmy job and expect to keep my job. I've never experienced this at any other chain anywhere I've been. Last night was the laststraw and I will never go to Arby's in Onalaska Wisconsin again! 5 terrible experiences is 5 too many. I've always been pleased with the quality of the food here. The service has typically been friendly. This restaurant seems... greatly affected by a lack of employees. This can cause a long wait, especially during busy times. Read more
Terrible Service, terrible staff who have made hand gestures they literally should go to jail for. Their lobby hasn't been open... in 3 years. They make customers feel inconvenienced by the fact that they came inside to order. They don't greet anyone. Theyshould shove their bell where the sun don't shine!!!! Read more

Ordered lunch with some fellow co-workers and they served us some majorly horrible food. Large curly fried with the box over... half empty and taste like they have been sitting out since this morning. At some point these places are going to learn thatcustomers are done dealing with poor service. Read more
Very generous amount of roast beef sandwich and reasonable price,plus the place was quite clean compared to other fast food.
