Great service, great pizza
Ordered two pizzas to be delivered to the RV park. They came in a timely manner and were good, but they messed the order up. I... ordered medium crust and was charged for it on both pizzas and both were thin crust. Not enough of a mess up for me to call andmake them redo the order, but it is annoying they charged extra money and then didn't actually deliver what was ordered. Read more

I drive through omro alot but I literally never stop. OMFG have I been missing out. I went to omro to buy a guitar and decided... to google a random restaurant and I'm so happy I decided on Jake's. Hands down the best meal I have had outside of 5 starrestaurants. This is now my families new staple as it's only 15 minutes away. The pizza was awesome, the mushrooms were great...I mean we got so much just to try it including the fish and nothing disappointed. The staff was super awesome too, even helpedme get my stuff to my car, joked with me and were all smiles. Awesome experience and awesome food. Read more
Pretty great place! It's a local small business which my family has enjoyed through out the years and will always support. They... have some really great food. They have pizza and fried items as well as some desserts. My favorite pizza here is the Jake'sLoaded Special and you can never go wrong with just about any of the fried items. Delivery times can be a little slower duringrush but it is always worth the wait. If there is a problem with your order just let them know and always be kind. Read more
Definitely would not recommend Jake?s Pizza as they have the worst customer service. Ordered a pizza at 5:15 and all they said... was, ?see you soon.? 1.5 hours later and still no pizza. We tried calling for 20 minutes and the line was busy. Finally gotthrough to someone so that we could cancel our order as we were hungry and decided to make other food. They said that the foodjust came out of the oven and that there was a ?wait? which was never communicated to us. They said if we cancelled our order wewould be taken off ?the list? and not be able to place an order there and would not accept any future orders. Fine, goodriddance. 0 out of 5 stars. Don?t eat here. In response to the comment from the owner. No, we were never notified of any kindof wait. The person who answered the phone literally said, ?see you soon.? No estimation of time or anything. If someone wouldhave said there would be an hour and a half wait that would have been totally fine. But there was nothing communicated.
