The managers are very rude except the overnight manager, they love to cheat on their timing for drive-thru and they press the... ?Served? button even thou they haven?t been served making the customer wait longer than usual. They have full-time employeesusing other people?s social security. (Illegal Aliens) and they don?t like to do special request orders because it backs-uptheir drive-thru yet they still have the audacity to still cheat and hit the ?Served button?. I had NEVER experienced eating at ANY OTHER McDonald's in my somewhat traveled 40 young "Years", the AMAZINGly Prompt customer... service and seriously unheard-of, above and BEYOND of the typically average expected food quality of "today's" McDonald's!!! Went through the drive through, ordered a sausage biscuit (They have it buy 1 get 1 for a $1) I had them add A piece of... cheese to each biscuit ...Each piece of cheese cost $1.29....I called and asked if this was right, I got told yes, I askedwhy....I was told Quote "I don't know" unquote Really $1.29 for a piece of cheese??!!! The Macdonald's in Omak works conveniently for me when I want a quick meal after spending time in the mountains west of there.... Otherwise, it's just another one with its odd seating arrangement inside. Read more
Food was delicious and hot. Took a little long, but they gave me a Big Mac coin good for a free Big Mac. They have a kiosk where... you can order and pay yourself and then just pick it up. I preferred to speak with a real person to get my free bogo burger fromthe survey on the receipt. Read more
With snow and construction going on getting into the place wasn't easy and leaving was even harder. I ordered no pickle on both... my burgers and after I left and hit the highway to find pickles I can tell you there was no way of turning back nor would it beworth it.
