We ordered online for pick up to go. Once we arrived we were told that our food wasn't ready yet and the clerk proceeded to help... other three customers in the store. We then proceeded to sit around for over twenty minutes before a grub hub driver ran in andwas rifling through the to go orders and a worker came over and was helping him and we heard our name. We were so confusedbecause they said our food wasn't ready then proceeded to give us the cold food and apologize. I appreciate the apology which iswhy I'm not doing one star, but, I'm more so shocked that the four workers running around for over twenty minutes while we werethe only people waiting that we didn't get our food sooner, or at least get food that prepared hot and fresh. Very delicious! I would definitely recommend the Mexican street corn bowl if you like a little kick to your food. My friend... loved the Zesty Lime and Chicken Broth soup! Read more
Always fresh and tasty! Love the sandwiches, soups and bowls. Customer service is also good.
I was introduced to this fan favorite in February and I was taken with it. Have tried a few of their sandwiches and two soups... and have enjoyed them. Service may be a bit slow, but they do bring it out to you and as their sign says" be kind to those , whohave shown up" The staff is friendly and they explain the menu, if you have any questions. Great food! Nice place!
The food is great! However the service is not so great. Super slow. Today we went for lunch and we?re told that they have a... catering order and would not be able to wait on us for at least 20 minutes. If that was the case then they should of justclosed instead of turning customers away. Read more
I love the food at Zoup! They also do Doordash and there is convenient parking right in front for pickup.
First timer. Ordered the cup of chicken noodle soup to go. It was 97% broth and noodles. Only 5 tiny pieces of chicken and a few... onions. The herbs were very good. Not worth the price. Read more
