We don't go here very often, but this last visit may be what it is...our last visit. We ordered two value meals, and it was... taking longer than normal to get our food. It wasn't super busy, maybe half a dozen customers in the dining area. We ended upfinding out that they held our food in the back because they thought we drove off and to hold it if we returned...all the whilewe never left and had been sitting in the dining area waiting for our food. They did get us our food out, but it was cold andhard. Makes matters worse when the prices are what they are. Very disappointed. Read more
Going from 5stars to 3stars. I get Phillys like 2 a week but yesterday's wasn't cooked the same (undercooked). When I expressed... I didn't like it and tried to get a small mault for the inconvenience they said I had to pay for it. Simply cause I didn't likethe Philly I couldn't get a small Mault. The Staff was very friendly and service was prompt. Food treated like it was made to order and the fries didn't seem like they... were just kept warm. Highly recommend this place for both food and their ice cream. Read more
We just moved to this area from Colorado and decided to try this place. Menu selection was average. They had a section saying... slushies. I asked the very young worker there what that was. She did not try to explain, so I asked if it was similar to iceeslurpee and she said yes. I asked if it was similar to DQ slush. She said she didn't know. I asked if I could see a SMALLsample(even a tablespoon) and that did not happen. We ordered shakes instead. I observed that they left a gallon of milk withthe cap off for TWENTY minutes before putting it back in. I shared this with the manager and his attitude was very flippant andcaviar about this. He says we were so busy. However I didn't see them use the milk gallon for a period of time. The "workstation" was so filthy as you can see in photo. Great ice cream and it's usually not crowded. The only thing keeping me from giving the fifth star is the floors and bathrooms... were very dirty, not sure what happened there but looks like they tried to mop but used dirty water and just smeared all thedirt on the floor around. I still recommend this place, maybe just go through the drive-thru. Read more
Zesto is well known to the locals! I recommend trying them at least once. Don't worry if the line is long, it moves fairly... quickly. The portions are generous and they are fairly priced. They have many ice cream concoctions to choose from. They alsoserve food! You can't go wrong, it's all delicious! Read more
Cherry Hills location- Great food, great ice cream, employees are kind and respectful. My only complaints would be the lack of... tidiness around the store, and how long the service takes. There?s times where I?m at the window or counter for up to 15minutes. The help wanted signs have been up for some time so I guess I could understand, but definitely a notice to anyonethinking about trying. Read more
