Lobby was locked and they were not allowing anyone to dine in even though I saw multiple people sitting in the booths inside.... After this, I went through the drive thru and the staff was very rude and short the entire time. The line was also moving muchslower than it should. I corrected the staff multiple times on what drink I wanted but they still gave me the incorrect one.Would not reccomend. Read more
I visited this location on 10/16/2022 at about 930 am. Upon ordering through the drive through (because the lobby was closed)... the associate never gave me my debit card back and I didn't notice until I got home and seen $400+ debited from my account aboutan hour later. Turns out the employee at the window handed my card off to her friend, who later went to Kum & Go and Walmart onPacific and went on a shopping spree. The cops were called, a police report was filed, and warrants were issued for theirarrest. Wendy's however, did nothing to rectify the situation for the inconvenience THEIR employee caused me. Was in line for 45 minutes for 6 cars. Didn't give up because it was my son's birthday dinner. Got to the front to pick up my... online order, and it wasn't started yet. They had me pull over. After 20 minutes, I saw some lady go on break, while they had ahorrible backup and I had no order! Went in for a refund and they couldn't do it for online orders unless you never left ascreen. So, my son's birthday dinner was 2 hours late with me getting another meal, with me being stuck in a car away from himfor that long! Read more
Staff was friendly and service was fast. Place seems pretty clean aswell. And the food was hot and fresh. They had a decent... amount of customers in the drivethru and inside aswell and I still got my food in about 8 minutes. By far the fastest service Ihave ever received at fast food place. Almost didn't come to this location because of the bad reviews I saw.. but it was closeand super convenient. Glad I gave it a chance! Read more
I would give a 0 if I had that option. My food was all wrong. The cashier tried to say I didn't say no salt on my fries (which I... did say). Just had complete kidney failure back I March. When my son went to take the food back ( all of it) the cashier wasdisrespectful and cursed at my son. My son did not curse at him at all. I used to love going here. It's one of my favorite places to eat. But the last 3 times I went the cashier's in the drive thru... were EXTREMELY rude. But I know how it gets sometimes so I told them to have a great day. This time I went today (I ordered thesame thing I always get) Jr bacon cheeseburger 4 for 4 with extra mayo and this is what they gave me. It was overloaded withmayo, the burger and cheese were both cold, and our fries were cold and soggy. Absolutely ridiculous. Do better Wendy's. Read more
