I ordered this thru the drive thru because this particular wendys does NOT offer dine in . My previous experience with this... establishment was to say the least rude and unwelcoming. I did however enjoy the person they had running the drivethru on thisday (Nov 11). I swear she is the ONLY polite person working this establishment that I've come incontact with. I never get mysauces that come with my sides and forget asking , because the moment you do the grouchy woman manager or a very unpleasant guysnaps and sat it's in the bag before you even get the end of your sentence out. Please learn that not everyone ( meaningcustomers) is mad or upset or rude. Customer service should still be given to all with a pleasant tone and courtesy. Read more
This location is horrible. I order through Door Dash and unfortunately this location is close so that's where my order is... routed. A week ago I ordered dinner at 530 my order went through and it said they were making it. My Dasher went to the locationbut the lobby was locked and the drive thru was closed. Luckily Doir Dash refunded my money. I will NEVER go to this locationI'm glad that Door Dash is using another location to pick up my food. Read more
Out of state, decided to stop and eat, got to the door where sign said lobby closed. Couldn't use the drive thru, as we were on... foot as our vehicle was being loaded. 1:30 in the afternoon and your lobby is closed, really?! Read more
This used to be a good location, but not any more. Our orders aren't correct, they ignore our customizations, we are shorted... items and condiments. And this is happening for orders placed through the Wendy's app, not through the delivery services' apps.Examples? Sure. Sour cream and chive baked potato? No sour cream in the order. Big Bacon Classic burger? No bacon. We ordered 10cookies so we'd have extras for snacks, we got 2. Unsweetened iced tea? Nope, sweet tea. And these examples are all from asingle order, there were more in that order I didn't mention. I recommend choosing a different location, we will be. Read more
Would normally not rate this low for Wendy's but this was a horrible experience.
I ordered through the drive-thru and had an unsatisfying, if not sadly hilarious experience with my local Wendy's. I ordered two... meals, one with a Coke and one with an iced tea. I was handed something greenish-yellow so naturally I asked "what's that?" andthe drive-thru associate told me "I don't know it's your drink." So I responded, "Well, I didn't order that." It was dumped outand I was handed two drinks, both looking identical. So I asked "Is one of these iced tea?" "I marked it, didn't I?" was thesnarky response I got. So I responded "Yes you did, but this isn't iced tea, this is soda, see the bubbles?" I then took the lidoff and tasted it. Yep, Coke. Both drinks were Coke. So by now a manager came over, I had set the "marked" drink back up in thewindow and the manager comes over and says "this is iced tea, ma'am." So I say "No, it's not, I tasted it." He took it a stepfurther, "Ma'am it is tea..." "SIR, I JUST TOOK THE LID OFF AND TASTED IT. IT'S COKE." So finally he dumps the drink and givesme my iced tea and I politely say "thank you" and drive away. Really Wendy's? Did it have to be that hard? Read more
Placed an order, the 84th street store canceled it so I called multiple times? (mind you it?s is 4:00pm) ?no answer apparently... they decided to close the store at 6 so they weren?t taking any online orders? I found this ridiculous giving no reason to closeat such an early time. I know it?s trivial to get upset over a literal fast food restaurant but I just find it strange that theyseem to make their own hours/rules at this location. Read more
This location reopened the Dining Room, but only until 4PM daily (see lobby hours photo). Not sure when or how long they keep... these hours. Nice to stretch out while enjoying a Frosty! Read more
