Spent 40 minutes in the drive-thru, which isn't too unreasonable given it was about 7 and had a pretty large line. I ordered 4... combo meals, all doubles. I got 1 double, 3 singles, no fries and missing nugs, went back through drive through for another 20minutes and received incorrect amount of fries and wrong nuggets.. didn't notice burgers were wrong untill I got home:( Read more
Went to this location and spent $36.00 on 2 orders and to say disappointing would be an understatement. Ordered the... baconator...there was no bacon on the sandwich, the fries were luke warm and it was supposed to be a large only half full.. Idon't usually eat at fast food and this is exactly why. I love Wendy's Asiago Bacon Ranch Chicken Sandwich....if only this place could get my order right...the last three times it was... been wrong in some fashion. I always ask for no lettuce or tomato and last 3 times have gotten either both or one of thoseitems on my sandwich. Fries are OK but a bit heavy on the salt. Read more
Got an order from Wendy?s through a delivery service. And I understand that delivery is out of employees hands. What is in their... hands is sealing the bag and filling the fries. When called to ask about the seal and fries the employee was rude and hung upafter telling us to look up corporates number. I tried calling back and was immediately hung up. And I don?t usually do badreviews but the rudeness and lack of respect is disgusting. This location and possibly all locations have lost my business. Read more
Fries were perfect- not too salty. The chicken Asiago sandwich was juicy and flavorful.
The drive thru took nearly 25 minutes. The credit card machine was down, so cash only, but you didnt know that until you waited... the 25 minutes to get to the speaker . The employees were rude and lacked customer service skills. Ordered drinks but weregiven no straws. The food was good, but after all the shenanigans, I felt like they should have paid me for the trouble. Read more
When I went there today, my nuggets were over cooked, the bacon on my baconator fries weren't cut up (whole pieces), and I paid... for a large fry and got about half. $14 for a fast food LUNCH MEAL WTH! I got an overcooked spicy chicken sandwich that was mainly breading and as flat as a... tortilla. Beans in the chili were undercooked and hard.
