This place is always out of change, or has the fryers down randomly. LObby is randomly closed since it opened back up after... covid. Some of the drinks are down. Tacos are made super sloppy. I usually go in at night. Worst thing, just like tonight,website says open till 2 am. They said they closed at 1am when i got there st 1:15 am. Always slow as hell. The n 90th street isfast and accurate. Take the 5 min and go to the n 90th store. You might get service there. Read more
Don't do large mobile orders at this location. Somehow their screens deleted items that we ordered and paid for. Had to get... the order corrected twice. Read more
The experience was okay. The most disappointment is from the app breaking. The cart is broken. You spent all this time tweaking... and customizing your good in your order just right and you go to pay and check out and you get this God-awful error message thatthe cart is broken and down. Now I had to go and read off my order and be wait a bit longer instead of their system showing meto order ahead and not have to really talk to anyone. ???? Read more
Look, I?m a realist ? but you can?t make this up.. I stopped by this location? First time in 3 years. There was 2 cars in line? ... I ordered 3 SOOOOOOFT shell beef supreme tacos. Again, 3. Beef soft shell supreme tacos. Nothing special. No subs. No add ons.Just THREEEEEE TACOS!!! I get to the window, pay and leave. I get home and I have 3 BEEEEEAN BURRITOS!!! Seriously, how tf doyou square that? I really felt like going back. But the way my patience is setup?. I just couldn?t? CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOULEAVE!! Look man. I get it that mistakes can and will be made when it's hella busy at a fast food joint. But when you manage to mess up... every order. That says something. Came here because it was one of the only places that wasn't the 3855 dodge one that had Bajafreeze available. Was told that the machine was out of order. Didn't even try to make it right at the local. Read more
This One could not get the order right, was asked to pull around and wait, other customers came and went with wrong orders and... the front doors were locked? they never came with food and the drive through line was full of angry customers with wrong orders? we just left realizing we?d never get our food we ordered and paid for. 12:45AM, store appears open and is supposed to be open until 1AM. Came here because the one closest to my house is only... accepting online orders which seems to be the norm after midnight. I actually asked the girl why and she stated that it wasbecause someone had to go to the hospital as their wife was in labor. I should've asked about all the other nights they wereonly accepting online orders. I have no idea what is going on with the Taco Bell's in Omaha these days but they are notoperating in any way that resembles a business. Taco Bell, usually decent in a pinch of still open choices. Not tonight. 1st, when is there a 5 car wait at taco bell for 28... minutes? Never has that been an experience of mine. Tonight it was. Three peeps in my car we're annoyed, we figured maybe therewere some work runners from a late shift picking up stuff that had dozens of items? Nope. What we found out was that the guytaking orders, English is not his language, it's probably better than anybody else inside the restaurant though if he's on thespeaker.
