Worst TB in the city... I had a pick up order. Pulled up lil after 1. Lights n drive thru sign on. Nobody is in sight to hand me... my food that I can see bagged thru the window. This is the 2nd time I've had this happen. Currently sitting at window whileleaving this review. A car is behind me. Says they close at 2am. Its 121am at the moment. Shut it down! Read more
The wait was long which is understandable, when I seen a manager standing outside I politely asked why the wait was so long she... mentioned that there was only 3 workers which I understood . When I finally got to place my order I informed the person helpingme I wanted two beef cheese & onion burritos. Once I placed my order the manager I just spoke with began speaking saying I needtoo ?check my attitude? I wasn?t rude nor did I have one so I repeated my order more clearly & was served with no issues. Themanager working 10/2/22 at around 1:30pm should maybe reconsider their interactions with customers. Read more
Faith is amazing!! I drove off abs forgot my drink, she was off work saw me pull back in and she went and got my drink for me... even though she was locked out! Love this TB, love her! Read more
This is the worst Taco Bell this side of the equator. Literally never able to do anything, always out of everything, even ice,... they don?t even bother telling you, they just give you a warm drink. the drive through is the only thing open and they onlyaccept mobile orders 98% of the time, and they close 15 min before it says online so you waist your drive over there. I?veliterally been going here for over a year and never once had a good experience at this particular Taco Bell, they need new staffhorribly! I just left the drive thru and I specifically asked for BEEF chalupas. It's bad enough everything is over priced here, at least... they can get my order correct. AND NO ONE ELSE WAS IN THE DRIVE THRU!!!! Get it together. And the phone is just off the hook soI can't contact anyone. Maybe corporate can help. Read more
This Taco Bell needs some sensitivity training for making a customer in a wheelchair wait in a drive-thru lane because their... lobby was closed. Employee Faith at window was the rudest person ever. All he asked was to get his food at the door, not comein. Read more
We ordered lunch with the online app on 5/11/2022. Got to the location and they told us we couldn't order the softshell party... pack online( even though we have done it before, as well as that day), they refused to give us any of our money back, or any ofour food. Called corporate and they were supposed to post a credit to our credit card. They never did. It's also worthlesstrying to reach them online. This was for almost 50 bucks worth of food! Never again!
