Subway on Saddlecreek just said to my sister they wouldn't unlock the door and let her in until she took her mask... off. WHAT?!?!?! They said to keep the mask off until she got to the counter. The question is... Why? She's protecting herselfAND you. Read more
Went in to this Subway at about 12:30pm today and was waiting behind two people. From what I could tell there was one girl... working and regardless if it is a busy time or not, no one should be that rude! After listening to her be rude to the firstwoman, I waited behind a gentleman who was also a victim of her attitude. She made comments under her breath while shaking herhead and rolling her eyes. The Saddle Creek location has HORRIBLE service!! I ordered 3 footlongs on the Subway App. My order was supposed to be ready at... 12:45pm. I got to the store at 12:45. There were only 3 people ahead of me in line. It took 20 minutes for me to get up to thecounter to tell them that I had an online order. The lady's response was "I still have to make them." The wait time was at least15 more minutes more! The only 2 ladies working were SO slow and showed no sense of urgency or customer service skills what soever!. It was the most painful experience watching them. I figured I was in the store for over 40 minutes total. That store isPATHETIC!!!! If I hadn't already paid on the App, I would have walked out long before that. Read more

I absolutely love this subway! I get my usual sub from here almost everyday. I always have 2 usual people who make my sandwich... and it's perfect. Not today. The new manager who made my food rushed through the entire thing, when I asked for extra mayo sherolled her eyes. I said lots of salt and pepper please and she glared me down while shaking almost the entire contents on mysandwhich until I had to stop her. My sandwhich Is inedible. Never again will I get a sandwhich if she makes it. I felt veryuncomfortable the entire process. Read more
