The morning weekend crew is good, they get things going and done on time. But man, the evening crew. Something is wrong with... these fellows. Everything is slow and at their own pace. One sandwich at a time, even there are 3-4 in my family. Its noteven multi-tasking. Most subways, the one person does the meats the other adds on veggies. These guys have no idea how to runa line, let alone how to do things in a timely manner. Read more

Amazing customer service. Food was really well made. The team members that was working at the time worked with my daughter and... normally it takes for ever for her to order but the people working made her feel really comfortable and made it smooth for herto get her food. I will be back for sure with customer service like what was shown today at this location. People should cometake notes on how to handle customers for the team members that helped us. Read more

I went to this location for a cater order pick up and ordered 3 additional footlong sandwiches for a birthday party. From the... time I walked through the door I was greeted in a friendly manner, I wish I knew the ladies name that helped me because shereally went over and beyond. She knew exactly what I wanted before I said a word, she brought out my cater order and stated sheloved to cater. I could tell she put a lot of detail and took her time to make sure everything was just right, I appreciate thatgreatly!!! She even helped me to my car and brought out my drink for me, now that is service!!! I went at 11 am the store wasclean and I always look at the veggies and it was neat and in order. I was very pleased. The morning shift should have more paybecause by 11:20am a rush came out of nowhere, they were finishing my additional 3 sandwiches the line was to the door. The crewkept up and handled it with ease. Overall my experience was outstanding! Highly recommend this location for any catering order,great job morning crew. Read more

Service was poor, out of a order of two sandwiches only one was sort of correct. One of the employees did not know what meats... were available (his coworker even said he didn't know anything). The somewhat correct sandwich was not cut nor rolled in thewrapper correctly with both ends open. The other sandwich was completely someone elses order. When calling back to get itcorrected with staff they said, "We fixin' to close" was rude and short and very unprofessional, stated they were going to putthe receipt on their end in the drawer to be remade (will attempt to go back tomorrow to get it corrected) but did not ask for aname. Stopped me half way while talking saying they were in the middle of an order, talked over me. Only reason I'll be goingback is to get my order corrected. Read more

Had to pay cash. Slow service and got order wrong (told guy several times what I wanted on my sandwiches and still did not get... it right... Didn't even get it right when he kept checking the menu board behind him). My lettuce wrap became a tortilla wrapwhile I was paying my cash... Do not recommend this store. Read more

Friendly staff. Good service. Not much seating available, but okay with me. Busy at lunch time, but does not take very long.... They seem to stay busy with online, ride pick up food services too. Clean tables, which often are closed (or at least some ofthe very few) that are there. Lately they seem to close early though,I arrived 20 mins before time on door said they closed forthat day, open sign was off, door locked and the guy sweeping motioned to us : -No? Read more
