This place is so ghetto, all because of the workers. Moving slow, obviously annoyed by the job, looking like they just came out... the trap house. Seriously, you'd think being in nfm would attract a different type of worker but I guess not. I'm assuming it'sa management problem. Read more

Ive been to this location at least 100 times as I work in the vicinity. Most of the time the workers are in terrible moods at... 10am but that is to be expected no one is happy at work in the morning. Nonetheless most of the time I get my food in a timelymanner. But today a certain new employee tried to charge me $9 for a 6" spicy italian. She wouldnt budge...... Im not payingthat as its not labeled on the menu and a footlong steak and cheese is the same price. The manager wouldnt work with me and Iwas treated very rudely. I wont be frequenting this establishment anymore and I know of at least 10 daily customers that wont beeither. One bad experience can destroy 100 good ones and thats what happened here. Do yourself a favor and go to anotherlocation before heading to NFM. You wont regret it. Read more
Came up to the counter at 11 am. After waiting a couple minutes, someone came out and was deep in conversation with another... employee from the back and finished the conversation before addressing us. She was not friendly at all. Acted like she hatedher job and like everything was a big deal to have to do, like toast the bread. And put toppings on the sandwiches. We paid andshe asked if I wanted a receipt. I said, no thank you and she said, yep and walked away. Did not say anything like have anice day or thanks or anything . I tried to be extra polite to her to change the way she was acting but that seemed like a lostcause. You are in a service industry. Please act like it. Thanks! Read more
Some co-workers and I went here for lunch and it's your typical Subway in regards to the food, but we were pleasantly surprised... and really enjoyed the service we got. The staff was very friendly and didn'tmake you feel rushed. Smells great as you walk inthe door. Fresh food and friendly service. Read more
9/25/2022 Got a steak and cheese ???? sandwich ????. It was tasty. When I got there, there was 10-12 people in front of me,... there was an appropriately staffed line and they did a good job of keeping the line moving. ???? 9/6/2017 A great place to get atasty, quick meal.
