Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service and not just tonight but seems to be a bad experience more often times than not. I've... started going to other locations despite this being so close. The gal made my son's sandwich incorrectly and when asked to redoit, it's a ham and cheese that's toasted with mustard, literally that's it. She harshly threw the sandwich to the trash andstarted huffing and puffing in Spanish. When I asked what the issue was I received broken English and darting eyes. I simplyleft and won't be returning. Terrible place to order doordash the doordash service is great but everytime I order from this location they mess up the order... and I called for a refund last time and this time the person who answered the phone didn't speak English and there wasn'tanybody else to help I tried to get her to send me a new sandwich through doordash because I dont have a vehicle and she kepttelling me its fine bring in I give you new one and I told her my oder name and she didn't understand what I was saying and keptrepeating to me the wrong name and I kept te)ing her the name and she kept getting it wrong so k called a different location andthey were nice but couldn't help since it wasn't at that location so I called this location ix and not once did they answer I amnow very upset and hungry and crying because I'm pregnant and emotional and just want food Read more
the workers were nasty when we were ordering our food even though we are the ones paying them.
