I downloaded app. (B/C of an offer I got via text msg. for 1/2 price burgers from the app only. While using the app, a big add... for 1/2 price drinks came up, so I clicked it. (I found out too late, that the whole drink menu showed upon clicking it,although it failed to specify what drinks were part of the offer that tool me there). So I paid almost $10; for what should ofbeen a 1/2 price burger (single patty) & Med. Vanilla ice coffee; which appeared to be 1/2 price. (ONLY reason I ordered it).They aren't the cheapest fast fast food, but they are not as expensive as I was charged that night. I realized ___)? I'd forgota side item, so I waited in line for 2nd time, just for a med order of fries. Upon driving away, I check my receipts b/c my newcard balance alerts my phone via text, asap after purchases. I spent almost $15; on 3 items; 2 of em should of been 1/2 price!... That is ridiculous! Then they told me I could wait in line, again, to try & figure it out. I left. Read more
Good thing the food is good? As others have said, the drive-thru wait is often up to 30 minutes. I?m frequently given an... incomplete or incorrect order. The service in general is super-inconsistent but at least the staff hasn?t been rude. This Sonic's food is typically amazing. I dont usually go thru the drive thru as it takes a while sometimes and there is... normally a line. I tried their new Churro shake and was not impressed though..its good to start but after the top section itbecomes mostly like a vanilla shake. Read more
When you spend 8 and a half hours up the street at the ER, and get discharged at 3:00 AM all you want is a hot meal. We were so... excited Sonic was still 24/7! Pull up to the lot not fully believing they could possibly still be open all hours. Lights wereon, parking lot full of cars in the stalls, workers in the building. Figured out what we wanted, hit the button to order only tobe told, ?we are closed.? Ummm? okay? Read more
It's only 24 hours when the employees want to work. If they don't, they'll just tell you when you pull up 'we're closed". They... wouldn't even give me a cup of water. I also think the reason this one is "24 hours" is because it'll take you that long to getyour order. Slowest Sonic I've ever been to! Read more
We usually love coming to this location for a late night route 44 slushies and fries. This particular night we ordered jumbo... popcorn Buffalo chicken as well. But it looks like we ordered regular popcorn chicken. My husband noticed there wasn't enoughsauce and asked for an extra squirt of sauce, they refused. If you aren't going to sauce the chicken, you shouldn't serve it,or you should serve it right. We've never had an experience such as this at any sonic and from our experience, this Soniclocation doesn't care about if something is done correctly or not. They'd rather tell you and I quote " go to the location thatsauces it differently." Normally I wouldn't write about something like this, but customer service is Everything and if you don'thave that, you have nothing. First time ever going to Sonic, didn't know you had to tell them you were in the drive-through, while ordering from the... drive-through. The worker snapped at me before I knew what was going on. I'm never to be rude because I know what it's likeworking fast food, but I genuinely was so confused and the order was extremely rude. Read more
