I wish there was ZERO stars! I have one because the burger itself was decent! Greasier than normal but it was still good! This... was the WORST experience I?ve EVER had at a sonic. At any fast food place anywhere. First, I get the wait!!!! It?s a Friday andit?s busy!!! I am also super sick so I was irritable to begin with not so much at the sonic!! Then they finally came to thewindow after 15 mins and read back a order that wasn?t ours in a hurry. Then instead of saying sorry she just corrected thetotal and took my car. As the lady in the drive thru handed us our food super slowly and with attitude she proceeded to say ?Iknow you?re mad but you do know it?s not like right away food it?s fast food? I am now mad and super irritated and yelled at herbecause my nose is dripping, I?ve been here for over 30 mins (WHICH AGAIN, I did NOT MIND!! I understand the wait and it?sdinner time) however that was uncalled for, super unprofessional, very rude, and that lady should NOT work customer service!! MYFAMILY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THAT SONIC EVER AGAIN! Spent $47.00 dollars for nothing!! Read more
This makes twice that I arrived just after 0600 to grab some Jr. breakfast burritos on my way in to work and was told they... weren't open yet. My phone said you were but, apparently, the clock in the restaurant is 10min behind. When I placed an onlineorder to pick up at 0610 the restaurant was still dark upon my arrival and had to wait an additional 5 minutes because theyweren't ready. Is every store like this? Maybe I should have realized what was ahead when the car ahead at the drive through drove off without ordering. But, hey. There... are only 2 cars at the pickup window. Ten minutes later (kinda slow but..) I pay my $54. Ten more minutes & the car behind mebails and drives off. Five more minutes and they want my receipt back. Oh oh. Thirty two minutes after ordering six meals Idrive away. Just an "I'm sorry" & I'm afraid to check the order (90% correct). There looked to be many staff on hand. Read more

I would like everyone to know that this sonic has one of the best employees that I have ever come across. His name is Richard.... He was working the whole place by himself and I mean every station was ran by him. He had a smile on his face and not once didhe complain about being alone.
